Adds a new exemption to Oregon's public records disclosure law (ORS 192.355) for data and electronic records collected by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC)

Exemption applies specifically to sales data from liquor stores (described in ORS 471.750) for items other than distilled liquor

Distilled liquor sales data remains subject to public records disclosure; only non-liquor item sales data (such as wine, beer, or other products) would be exempt
