Appropriates $10,687,685 from the General Fund to the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries for the 2025-2027 biennium: $8,862,685 for geologic survey and $1,825,000 for mined land reclamation

Establishes $20,069,258 in expenditure limits from fees, miscellaneous receipts, and federal contract funds: $12,745,157 for geologic survey and $7,324,101 for mined land reclamation

Sets an additional $5,988,729 expenditure limit for federal funds not included in other categories

Declares an emergency, making the act effective July 1, 2025, to coincide with the start of the biennium
