Funds legislative support agencies: $22.5 million for Legislative Counsel Committee, $24 million for Legislative Policy and Research Committee, $10.4 million for Legislative Fiscal Officer, and $4.7 million for Legislative Revenue Officer

Appropriates $2.15 million for the Legislative Equity Office and $1.4 million for the Commission on Indian Services

Declares an emergency with an effective date of July 1, 2025
