Recognizes and honors the League of Oregon Cities on its 100th anniversary, founded in 1925 by 25 Oregon cities to provide support, advocacy, and resources to all incorporated cities in Oregon

Oregon's 241 cities are home to approximately 3 million residents, representing 70 percent of the state's total population

Key legislative achievements cited include advocacy for PERS creation in the 1930s, HB 2017 (the largest multimodal transportation infrastructure package in state history) in 2017, and the Small City Allotment Program providing annual state funds for cities with populations of 5,000 or less

The League partnered in creating the Regional Solutions Program in 2014 and worked on affordable housing legislation and substance abuse policy reform through the Public Safety Coalition in 2023
