Oregon Legislative Assembly honors Frank David Cutsforth (March 25, 1943 – November 2, 2023), a Canby, Oregon community leader known as "Mr. Canby"

Cutsforth operated the family business Cutsforth's Market, established by his grandparents in 1928, making the grocery industry his lifelong career

Hosted the annual Cutsforth's Cruise-In classic car event for 30 years, drawing hundreds of vintage cars and thousands of visitors to support downtown Canby businesses

Served as president of the Rotary Club of Canby in 1994-1995 and contributed extensively to community groups and events

A copy of the resolution shall be presented to the Cutsforth family as an expression of sympathy and condolences from the 83rd Legislative Assembly
