Amends the Oregon Constitution to make the Secretary of State a nonpartisan office, requiring the officeholder to remain unaffiliated with any major or minor political party while serving

Extends the Secretary of State term from four years to six years

Limits eligibility to no more than 12 years in any 18-year period (equivalent to two full terms)

Exempts the Secretary of State position from the four-year tenure limit in Article XV, Section 2 of the Oregon Constitution

Applies to primary and general elections occurring on or after January 1, 2032, and will be referred to voters at the next regular general election
