Attorney General must adopt and periodically revise a list of persons known or believed to be foreign adversaries to the United States

Listed foreign adversaries are prohibited from acquiring land zoned for exclusive farm use, forest use, or mixed farm and forest use in Oregon

Transfers of mining claims, mineral rights, or water rights to listed foreign adversaries are void, whether or not recorded

Water Resources Department may not approve any application that would transfer water rights to a listed foreign adversary

Foreign adversary list must consider federal designations including the U.S. Secretary of Commerce's foreign adversary list, defense trade prohibition lists, and Treasury Department sanctions lists
