Requires physicians prescribing mifepristone and misoprostol for chemical abortion to inform patients at least 24 hours in advance that reversal may be possible after taking mifepristone, and to provide a written statement with contact information for the Abortion Pill Reversal Hotline

Mandates the Oregon Health Authority develop and maintain a website with information about chemical abortion reversal, published in English and any language spoken by 2% or more of the state's population

Creates a civil cause of action allowing the patient, the person responsible for fertilization, or grandparents (if patient was under 18 or died) to sue for actual, economic, noneconomic, and punitive damages against physicians who violate the disclosure requirements

Exempts medical emergencies from the 24-hour advance notification requirement, though physicians must still inform patients of the medical necessity when possible

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 legislative session
