Oregon Department of Emergency Management must procure and maintain vehicle fleets for transporting aviation fuel (Jet A and low lead), personnel, and refueling aircraft at Burns Municipal Airport and La Grande/Union County Airport

$2,180,000 appropriated from the General Fund for the 2025-2027 biennium to acquire and maintain the vehicle fleets

Director of Transportation may suspend motor carrier regulations (weight limits, permits, insurance requirements, inspections) during emergencies or conflagrations, including in geographic areas beyond where the emergency occurs

Oregon National Guard and Civil Defense Force authorized to transport aviation fuel between airports for firefighting when commercial carriers are insufficient

$240,000 appropriated to a new Pilot Program Airport Fund for grants to increase fuel storage capacity at the two pilot airports; grant program sunsets January 2, 2029
