Amends ORS 348.100 to require institutions of higher education to provide students with a realistic expectation of income during the 10-year period immediately after obtaining their degree for individuals working in a field related to their degree program

Applies to students for whom institutions receive federal education loan information, with disclosures provided annually alongside existing loan information requirements

Existing law already requires institutions to disclose: total federal loans received, cumulative tuition and fees paid, estimated loan payoff amounts, monthly payment estimates, and percentage of borrowing limits reached

All required information must be provided in a unified, comprehensive manner using plain language that is easy to understand

Institutions of higher education are not liable for any representations made under these disclosure requirements
