State Department of Fish and Wildlife required to provide electronic records containing legal name, age, residence, citizenship information, and electronic signature of persons who may qualify as electors to the Secretary of State

Secretary of State must register as an elector each nonregistered person whose records are received from Fish and Wildlife, provided they are qualified to vote under Article II, section 2 of the Oregon Constitution

Persons have 21 calendar days after notification to decline registration or adopt a political party affiliation; failure to decline results in automatic voter registration

Fish and Wildlife joins the Department of Transportation and Oregon Health Authority as agencies facilitating automatic voter registration in Oregon

Amendments become operative on June 1, 2027, with agencies permitted to take preparatory actions before that date
