Extends the automatic sprinkler system exemption for residential training homes and adult foster homes from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2028

Exemption applies only to single-family detached dwellings licensed to serve five or fewer individuals that meet all other fire, life, and safety requirements

Extends the repeal date of this exemption from January 2, 2027 to January 2, 2029

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage rather than the standard 90-day delay
