Oregon Board of Accountancy may issue CPA certificates to out-of-state CPAs who are in good standing, pass an ethics examination, pay required fees, and either hold a license from a state with substantially equivalent requirements or have practiced as a CPA for 4+ years within the last 10 years

Oregon Board of Accountancy may issue CPA certificates to foreign-licensed CPAs or chartered accountants who meet substantially equivalent education and experience requirements, pass an ethics examination, and pay required fees

Certificates issued under reciprocity expire every two years and require renewal under existing ORS 673.150 requirements

Oregon Board of Accountancy is authorized to adopt rules necessary to implement these licensing provisions
