Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services must transfer all taxes, fees, fines, penalties, and other monetary obligations collected from out-of-state insurers and insurance producers under ORS 731.854 to the State Forestry Department

Transferred funds are deposited into the State Forestry Department Account established under ORS 526.060

State Forester must use these funds exclusively for wildfire prevention and suppression programs

Funds are continuously appropriated and supplement existing appropriations, assessments, federal apportionments, and other available moneys

Legislative Assembly is prohibited from transferring these funds out of the State Forestry Department Account or using them for any other purpose
