Requires electric companies serving 25,000 or more retail customers to source at least 10 percent of electricity sold in Oregon from small-scale renewable energy facilities by 2030

Electric companies must make "best efforts" to continually increase the percentage of electricity from qualifying sources between the effective date and 2030

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 legislative session
