Legislative Policy and Research Director must submit to the Legislative Assembly by December 1 of each odd-numbered year a list of all prospective statewide initiative petitions filed for the next general election, including text, ballot title, and signature counts

Legislative leadership (Senate President, House Speaker, and majority/minority leaders) may hold informational hearings on prospective petitions during the interim following odd-year sessions, during even-year regular sessions, or during the interim following even-year sessions

Legislative leadership may request impartial analyses for each prospective petition, including policy summaries, fiscal impact analyses, revenue impact analyses, and assessments of constitutional or legal concerns

Amends ORS 250.125 to require the financial estimate committee to incorporate any analyses requested by legislative leadership into the financial estimates printed in voters' pamphlets and on ballots
