Amends ORS 162.235 to exempt informing another person of their civil or constitutional rights from the crime of obstructing governmental or judicial administration (Class A misdemeanor)

Amends ORS 162.245 to exempt informing another person of their rights from the offense of refusing to assist a peace officer (Class B violation)

Amends ORS 162.247 to exempt informing another person of their rights from the crime of interfering with a peace officer or parole and probation officer (Class A misdemeanor)

Amendments apply to conduct occurring on or after the effective date of the act
