Creates a new crime of indecent exposure in Oregon for exposing one's genitalia in a public place, or a place visible from a public place, when the location is open or available to persons of the opposite sex or minors

Classifies indecent exposure as a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months' imprisonment, a $2,500 fine, or both

Amends ORS 161.005 to incorporate the new offense into the Oregon Criminal Code of 1971
