Amends Oregon's simple estate affidavit eligibility by reclassifying manufactured homes from personal property to a combined category with real property for valuation purposes

Sets the personal property threshold (excluding manufactured homes) at $75,000 fair market value for estates qualifying for the simplified affidavit process

Establishes a $200,000 combined threshold for real property and manufactured homes together, rather than counting manufactured homes separately under the personal property limit

Defines "manufactured home" as a structure built for highway movement with sleeping, cooking, and plumbing facilities, used for residential purposes and constructed to federal safety standards

Applies to estates of decedents dying on or after the effective date of the Act
