Requires dental care organizations and individual oral health care providers contracting with the Oregon Health Authority to complete an intake screening with Veterans Dental Program enrollees within 60 days after the enrollee initiates contact

Eligibility for the Veterans Dental Program includes Oregon residents who are veterans (discharged under honorable or other than honorable conditions), ineligible for medical assistance, and have income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines

Program provides oral health care services equivalent to medical assistance recipients, with no copayments, deductibles, or cost sharing required

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 regular legislative session adjourns sine die
