Distributor cooperatives must implement a managed system for reusable beverage containers with sales targets of 5% by January 1, 2031, 10% by January 1, 2034, and 25% by January 1, 2036

Return rates for reusable containers must reach 60% by January 1, 2034, 90% by January 1, 2036, and 95% by January 1, 2038

Retail dealers occupying more than 5,000 square feet must provide sufficient shelf space for reusable beverage containers to meet the sales rate targets, as determined by Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission rules
