Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife must manage hatchery-produced and naturally-produced indigenous salmon and steelhead within a watershed as a single, integrated native fish population

Separate management of hatchery and natural fish populations is permitted only when strictly necessary to comply with federal Endangered Species Act requirements

ODFW must submit a report to Legislative Assembly natural resources committees before implementing separate population management under the Endangered Species Act exception

Adds new provisions to ORS chapter 496, with definitions for "native fish" and "naturally produced" referenced from ORS 496.430
