Amends ORS 215.780 to allow counties to authorize subdivision of exclusive farm use (EFU) and forest use land into parcels smaller than the standard minimums of 80 acres (farmland/forestland) or 160 acres (rangeland)

New parcels must be no smaller than the average size of existing lots and parcels of the same land type within that county

All parcels created under this new provision must have recorded restrictions prohibiting the landowner and successors from further dividing the parcels

County planning directors must maintain publicly available records of parcels that do not qualify for division under these restrictions

Landowners using this division option must sign and record a statement agreeing not to complain about accepted farming or forest practices on nearby resource lands
