State Fish and Wildlife Commission required to establish and prescribe fees for multiyear resident and nonresident hunting licenses, changing from discretionary ("may") to mandatory ("shall")

Agent fee for issuing each multiyear hunting license set at $5, with agents using the state computerized licensing system retaining the full $5

Multiyear license fees may include a discount from what annual license fees would otherwise cost for the covered period

Provisions become operative January 1, 2027, with the Commission authorized to take preparatory actions before that date
