Establishes the Ocean Beach Fund in the State Treasury to support management of state recreation areas along the Oregon coast

Transfers 1% of state transient lodging tax collections from coastal state recreation areas to the new fund, beginning January 1, 2026

Continuously appropriates fund moneys to the State Parks and Recreation Department for administrative, personnel, and management expenses

Authorized uses include visitor safety signage, emergency response, shoreline armoring, marine debris removal, and responding to storm and erosion events

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 legislative session
