Amends ORS 526.275 to add a new limitation on state agency participation in Good Neighbor Authority Agreement projects with the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management

State agencies may only participate in projects that commit to awarding payments to Oregon counties based on the gross appraised timber value of federal timber sales resulting from those projects

Maintains existing requirements that projects prioritize additive activities (exceeding federal output), maximize economic benefit to Oregon, and recover state agency implementation costs

The Good Neighbor Authority Agreement was originally signed March 29, 2016 by the Governor, State Forester, and State Fish and Wildlife Director
