Expands Oregon's unlawful dissemination of intimate images law (ORS 163.472) to include "computer-generated explicit likenesses" such as deepfakes created using AI, software, or editing applications

Defines computer-generated explicit likeness as a visual depiction of another person's intimate parts or sexual conduct that has been digitally created or manipulated and is not reasonably distinguishable from an actual image

First offense remains a Class A misdemeanor; repeat offenders face a Class C felony

Requires proof that the disclosure was made with intent to harass, humiliate, or injure, and that the victim did not consent and was actually harmed

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon the Governor's signature
