Establishes the Ocean Beach Fund in the State Treasury to support management of state recreation areas along the Oregon coast

Transfers 1% of state transient lodging tax collections from coastal state recreation areas to the new fund, beginning January 1, 2026

Continuously appropriates fund moneys to the State Parks and Recreation Department for administrative, personnel, and management expenses at ocean shore recreation areas

Eligible uses include visitor safety signage, emergency responses, shoreline armoring, sand management, marine debris removal, and storm/erosion event responses

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 regular legislative session
