Oregon Department of Administrative Services must study schools and develop standardized job profiles for each unlicensed school position, including uniform job titles and work descriptions to promote statewide consistency

Advisory committee required with representation from Department of Education, Coalition of Oregon School Administrators, and Oregon School Employees Association, with first meeting by December 1, 2025

Job profiles must be finalized and distributed to all school districts, the Department of Education, and published on the DAS website by July 1, 2027

Interim report due to legislative education committees by December 1, 2026; final report due by July 1, 2027

Act takes effect 91 days after the 2025 legislative session adjourns and is automatically repealed on January 2, 2028
