Oregon Health Authority must study and prepare a strategic plan to address medication-induced movement disorders, including analyzing existing resources and identifying expansion opportunities for patients, providers, and caregivers

Guidance and best practices for screening, diagnosing, and treating these disorders must be developed in accordance with OHA's April 2024 document "Recognition and Management of Antipsychotic-induced Movement Disorders"

Recommendations required to ensure minority populations have equitable access to resources, and analysis of how prescribing restrictions affect behavioral health patients' ability to receive screening and treatment

Educational materials must be developed for law enforcement and public safety professionals to help recognize and respond to medication-induced movement disorders

Report due to interim legislative committees on public health and health care by December 31, 2025; provisions sunset January 2, 2026
