License agents must provide paper copies of hunting/fishing licenses, tags, and permits upon request by purchasers

The State Fish and Wildlife Commission is prohibited from requiring participation in an electronic licensing system to purchase or use any license, tag, or permit

Agents using state computerized licensing systems may retain increased fees: $2 per license/tag/permit (up from $1) for most transactions

Agents not using the state computerized system may retain the full agent fee amount for their services
