Repeals the Spinal Cord Injury Research Board (ORS 431A.500-510), Employee Suggestion Awards Commission (ORS 182.310-360), Family Services Review Commission (ORS 411.075), JOBS Plus Advisory Board (ORS 411.886-888), Poison Prevention Task Force (ORS 431A.300-325), Mental Health Advisory Board (ORS 430.050), and Task Force on Resolution of Adverse Health Care Incidents (ORS 31.280)

Removes references to the abolished Family Services Review Commission from Department of Human Services reporting requirements for public assistance grievances and federal waiver applications

Eliminates the JOBS Plus Advisory Board while retaining the local JOBS Plus Implementation Councils, which continue to assist with program administration

Updates Emergency Medical Services Enhancement Account distribution language to reference "Oregon Poison Center of the Oregon Health and Science University" rather than the repealed statutory reference

Requires the Oregon Patient Safety Commission to annually report to the Legislative Assembly by December 31 on adverse health care incident resolution procedures (previously assigned to the repealed task force)
