Amends Oregon's invasion of personal privacy law (ORS 30.831) to add a new cause of action against transient lodging providers and intermediaries who capture, store, transfer, transmit, or broadcast visual or audio recordings of guests in private spaces without consent

"Private space" is defined as bedrooms, bathrooms, and other areas not open to free or uninvited access by the lodging provider or other guests

Applies to hotels, motels, inns, vacation rentals, and short-term rental units including those listed through booking intermediaries

Prevailing plaintiffs are entitled to compensatory damages and reasonable attorney fees, with a two-year statute of limitations

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 legislative session adjourns sine die
