Department of Environmental Quality prohibited from determining a community or area-wide sewerage system is "available" for sewage disposal construction permit purposes unless the system is within 200 feet of the property to be served

Amends the availability standard under ORS 454.655(4), which governs when property owners may obtain permits for on-site sewage disposal systems

Provision automatically repeals on January 2, 2031

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 regular legislative session
