Establishes civil penalty amounts for violations: $50 for failing to update contact information within 30 days, $125 per week for failing to report criminal convictions within 10 days, and $500 for failing to designate a records custodian

Includes late fees of $150 per week for delinquent license renewals and $50 per month for unpaid fines or fees owed to the Board

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2025
