Replaces the phrase "men and women" with gender-neutral terms like "people" or "workers" in nine existing Oregon Revised Statutes

Establishes state policy requiring all statutes, rules, and orders enacted or amended after 2025 to use "people" instead of "men and women" whenever possible

Amends education statutes (ORS 329.492, 337.260) regarding Oregon Studies curriculum and textbook requirements to use gender-neutral language when describing contributions of various demographic groups

Updates labor law statutes (ORS 661.010, 661.030) to refer to "workers" rather than "working men and women" in provisions about union organizing and collective action

Modifies statutes on higher education policy (ORS 350.001), the J.T. Apperson scholarship fund at Oregon State University (ORS 352.835), antitrust exemptions (ORS 646.740), and Employment Department Advisory Council composition (ORS 657.695) to remove gendered references
