County and city elections officials must post candidate names and the office sought on their website within 5 business days of a declaration of candidacy being filed

Full declarations of candidacy must be posted within 2 business days after a candidate is determined eligible, except for precinct committeeperson candidates

Candidate withdrawals must be posted on county or city websites within 2 business days of filing

If officials fail to post required information, individuals may request it and must receive it within 5 business days; fees may only be charged for physical copies, not digital copies or in-person inspection

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 regular legislative session adjourns
