Multiyear contracts between the Department of Human Services and private entities providing health or social services must include annual cost of living adjustments

Payment adjustments must equal at least the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, West Region (All Items), published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

Applies to private contractors serving children, youth, adults, or families in Oregon

Requirements apply to contracts entered into or renewed on or after the effective date of the Act
