Expands workers' compensation presumption for PTSD and acute stress disorder claims to include two new categories of public employees: full-time paid Oregon State Hospital employees with direct patient contact and full-time paid Department of Human Services employees at the Stabilization and Crisis Unit

Covered employees who establish a DSM-5 diagnosis of PTSD or acute stress disorder through a psychiatrist or psychologist have their claim presumed compensable as an occupational disease

Eligibility requires either five or more years of employment in a covered occupation or experiencing a single traumatic event meeting DSM-5 Criterion A criteria

Employers can only rebut the presumption through clear and convincing medical evidence that job duties were not of real importance in causing the diagnosed condition

Amends ORS 656.802 to add these health care workers to the existing list of covered employees that includes firefighters, police officers, corrections officers, emergency dispatchers, and EMS providers
