Amends ORS 811.540 to increase sentencing guidelines for felony attempting to elude a police officer while remaining in a vehicle

Requires Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to classify the offense as crime category 6 when the defendant causes property damage or is also convicted of careless driving or DUI from the same incident

Elevates the offense to crime category 8 when the defendant has prior eluding convictions, has a passenger under 18 in the vehicle, or is also convicted of reckless driving or recklessly endangering another person

Classifies the offense as a person felony and crime category 8 when the defendant's actions result in physical injury to another person

Applies to conduct occurring on or after the effective date of the 2025 Act
