Prohibits the People's Republic of China, its agencies, and any entities organized under or subject to Chinese jurisdiction from acquiring real property zoned for exclusive farm use in Oregon

Covers all forms of property interests including purchases, leases, and tenancies on farmland

Declares any instrument or agreement violating the prohibition to be void and without legal effect

Applies only to instruments or agreements executed on or after the effective date of the Act, not retroactively to existing holdings
