Establishes the Oregon Food Bank Audit Committee as a joint legislative committee to audit all financial transactions of Oregon Food Bank, its subsidiaries, and agents from December 1, 2021 through January 1, 2025

Audit must identify transactions directly or indirectly related to political campaign activity or political issue activity, with findings reported to the Legislative Assembly by November 15, 2025

Committee membership requires equal numbers of majority and minority party members from both the Senate and House of Representatives, with appointments made within 30 days of passage

Auditors may request the committee use its subpoena power under ORS 171.510 to compel production of records

Act takes effect immediately upon passage as an emergency measure and sunsets January 2, 2027
