Natural gas utilities must notify customers at least 60 days before first blending hydrogen with natural gas at ratios exceeding 2.5% by volume

Utilities must file notice with the Public Utility Commission including the reason for increased hydrogen blending, required permits, and public outreach descriptions

Utilities with hydrogen blending programs must maintain website information about the program and how customers can communicate with the utility

Utilities with existing hydrogen blending programs that have not provided customer notice must do so by June 30, 2030
