Housing and Community Services Department must submit annual reports by September 15 on rates of unsheltered homelessness among children to legislative housing committees

Eviction delay provisions become operative September 1, 2025 and automatically repeal on September 28, 2027; declared an emergency to take effect immediately upon passage
