Repeals ORS 243.738, the current Oregon law that prohibits transit workers from striking

Amends ORS 243.726, 243.742, and 243.752 to remove references to the transit worker strike prohibition, aligning transit workers with other public employees who have strike rights

Transit workers would gain the ability to strike over mandatory subjects of bargaining after meeting existing procedural requirements, including 30-day waiting periods following fact-finding and 10-day advance notice

Public employers retain the ability to petition circuit courts for injunctive relief if a strike creates a clear and present danger to public health, safety, or welfare
