Amends ORS 656.210 to establish an alternative minimum weekly benefit for workers' compensation temporary total disability

Workers whose average weekly wage from the prior 52 weeks is less than or equal to the state average weekly wage will receive 100% of their own average weekly wage (rather than the standard 66-2/3% formula)

Current law provides temporary total disability at 66-2/3% of wages, capped at 133% of average weekly wage and floored at the lesser of 90% of wages or $50 per week

Applies to temporary total disability compensation for periods beginning on or after January 1, 2026
