Authorizes the Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court to establish minimum continuing education requirements for judges of county circuit courts, tax court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court

Requires continuing education to include evidence-based and trauma-informed training on domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other interpersonal violence matters

Mandates the Chief Justice consult with an advisory committee and experts in interpersonal violence when developing the education requirements

Directs the State Court Administrator to implement curriculum and training opportunities for judges to meet these requirements

Requires a report to the Legislative Assembly by September 15, 2027, on judicial compliance with continuing education requirements and implementation of training curriculum
