Oregon Health Authority must recalculate and revise Medicaid reimbursement rates for air ambulance services every two years using the national Ambulance Inflation Factor under federal Social Security Act guidelines

Coordinated care organizations are required to reimburse air ambulance services at the rates established by OHA

Applies to contracts between coordinated care organizations and OHA that are entered into, amended, or renewed on or after the effective date

Adds new provisions to ORS chapter 414 governing Oregon's medical assistance program
