Amends ORS 340.310 to explicitly include programs in agriculture, forestry, and natural resources within the Higher Education Coordinating Commission's statewide dual credit standards

Adds new requirement for career and technical student organizations, including those related to agriculture and natural resources, to collaborate in determining program quality and ensuring alignment of course content, objectives, and outcomes

Maintains existing provisions allowing students in grades 9-12 to earn both high school and college credit upon course completion
