Establishes the Agriculture Education Scholarship Program within the Higher Education Coordinating Commission to provide grants to students pursuing careers as high school agriculture teachers in Oregon

Covers up to the equivalent cost of one full-time academic year in a qualifying agriculture program of no more than one year in length

Qualifying programs include those preparing individuals to teach agriculture, rangeland, farming, forestry, natural resources, and other fields supporting agricultural and environmental sectors

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Fund for the 2025-2027 biennium to administer the program

First applies to the 2026-2027 academic year, with the commission required to adopt rules establishing qualifying programs and grant award criteria
